Complete waste of my money. You shouldn’t be allowed to advertise and sell things like this. It does not do anything you actually say it does. False advertising.
It certainly does not plump your lips one iota. Is it old stock or just was never meant to plump lips at all. Will have to let other people know do they don’t waste money like me. Shameful selling.
